External Building Cleaning
JAMAHA SERVICES is experienced in all areas of external building cleans to commercial, industrial and retail premises. We clean stone, plastic, brick, concrete, paint, metal, glass and wood. We also remove graffiti, blast floors and paving (including gum removal), cobweb removal and canopy/sail cleaning.
We clean buildings worn over time, by nature’s elements or by water, fire, smoke, paint removal or that simply require a good old washing.
High Pressure Cleaning
JAMAHA SERVICES can pressure clean all surfaces for the Residential, Commercial and Industrial markets. High pressure cleaning utilises water in a high-pressure form to remove surface layers of stains and foreign matter. At JAMAHA SERVICES we use the most powerful industrial strength machinery to get rid of the toughest of stain. Usually pressurised water alone will suffice to clean 90% of general stains, however, for harder to get rid of stains and foreign matter such as oil stains, cement render and chewing gum we use a variety of products to lift off these more intense stains. At JAMAHA SERVICES we are able to supply all of your Canteen, kitchen and janitorial supplies at competitive prices. Our cleaners and management will monitor your supplies and replenish when these are starting to get low. That way, you will never run out again.
Test & Tagging
JAMAHA SERVICES now offers a test & tagging service.
Under current legislation, it is a requirement under the Occupational Health & Safety Section AS3760 20001 to have all electrical appliances certified tested and tagged for safety compliance.
General hazards may include:
- Damaged appliances
- Faulty or frayed cords
- Faulty wiring
- Failed earthing system
- Exposure to moisture
- Safety switches not working
These include but not limited to:
Extension leads, power boards, computers, monitors, fax machines, photocopiers, printers, portable air conditioners, portable heaters, portable lighting, microwaves, fridges, freezers, toasters, kettles, all electrical plug in tools and chargers.
We provide testing for:

Records
Logbooks of all appliances tested are kept and a copy is issued to you showing assets and test results.
