JAMAHA SERVICES provides regular body corporation services in three categories.  They are:

Cleaning

The following is a list of the cleaning services we provide to the Body Corporation sector:

• Clean and disinfect of common toilet and laundry facilities.
• Replenish janitorial consumables.
• Vacuum/sweep common thoroughfares and stairwells.
• Mop tiled areas.
• Remove marks from walls.
• Dust and polish all glass doors, ledges, pictures, mirrors and common furnishings.
• Remove cobwebs.
• Clean letterbox area including removal of junk mail.
• Blowing of all footpaths, car parks, driveways and walkways.
• Clean and disinfect garbage corrals.
• Clear drainage crates.

Gardening

The following is a list of the gardening services we provide to the Body Corporation sector:

• Mowing of grass areas including trimming.
• Removal of debris.
• Pruning and shaping of trees and shrubs.
• Blowing of all footpaths, car parks, driveways and walkways.
• Weeding of garden beds.
• Poisoning of weeds in garden beds and other areas.
• Removal of rubbish.
• Clear drainage crates.
• Check water systems are working correctly.
• Supply and plant new plants when required (after customer’s approval).
• Seasonal mulching of garden beds.

General Maintenance

The following is a list of the general maintenance services we can provide to the Body Corporation sector:

• Common property lighting – checked and replaces globes as required.
• Graffiti removal.
• Seasonally adjust security time clocks.
• Smoke detectors checked if in working order and replace batteries as required.
• Handyman duties 

All items requiring attention are reported to customer via email.
